So this is what a heart attack feels like

Last night I had the most vivid, life-like dream, ever. I dreamt that I was part of 'company cutbacks' and found myself without a job.

Now I am a little bit paranoid. Let's hope that this dream doesn't become my reality!

Do you Twitter?

I thought I would give it a try...can't promise that I will stick with it though. Only problem is, I don't really know anyone else who uses it...just people from work who I don't want to 'twit' with. But apparently it's supposed to be really cool??

I thought it was something just 'the young kids did', but looks like I am wrong...Ashton, Demi, Diddy and John Mayer do it too. Does that make me a groupie if I follow them?

How behind, you say?

In all of the business I have been enveloped by lately, I knew I was falling a little behind in my blog reading, but by how much I did not know. Imagine my surprise when I log into my lovely Google Reader to find that I am nearly 300 posts behind!!

Bad blog reader, I know. It will take me forever to do it, but I will get through every last one of those posts and then hopefully I will have learned my lesson: reading blogs is more important than real life.

I have got to get my priorities in order!

Movies, movies and more movies

We took advantage of the long weekend and took a mini vacay down to Portland to attend the Portland International Film Festival. It was really fun!!

And as if that wasn't enough we also saw two non-festival movies: Friday the 13th (not my choice!!) and The International. I tried to drag Rob to Confessions of Shopaholic, but had no luck!

I kept my eyes closed for most of Friday the 13th because it was too gory for me. My eyes were also closed for half of The International, but that was because I was so tired. I am too old to go to the 10:40PM showing...it's WAY past my bedtime! And, it wasn't really THAT great of a movie anyway.

We managed to fit in some shopping, sleeping in and a lot of eating...apparently one HAS to have popcorn in every single movie! We didn't get to see all the films we wanted to, but now we know how to plan better for next time.

I am so jealous of Utah
